Reward and Recognition

What gets rewarded gets repeated is our philosophy in recognizing our people. We actively celebrate our everyday successes to keep the spirits high and momentum running. We have several reward programs to recognize individual and team ability.

Star of the Month is reward program specifically designed for our factory workers and their supervisors for recognizing discipline, punctuality, personal hygiene, interpersonal coordination, and job performance.
Each year we recognize our Star of the Year employees in the management cadre for their outstanding performances.

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Olympics are held to keep our production standards in check. Audits are carried out quarterly to gauge the quality and hygiene standards of production floors. The best team gets a grand trophy coupled with lots of cash prizes.
